Shipping policy

Cohen and Crew LLC cannot be held accountable for packages that may become lost during transit or where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address but has not arrived. If this is the case, please contact your local carrier and supply them with you tracking number to further investigate the case.

Orders typically arrive in 3-8 business days after the tracking number has been created.

Orders with our standard shipping policy typically take between 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to be processed and shipped from us. Orders shipped via standard shipping typically arrive in 3-8 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) for the Continental United States. Our flat rate shipping fee is $9.99 for all orders under $150. Shipping is ALWAYS FREE for orders over $150. 

Myrtle Beach and Surrounding Areas Local Pickup: You can use code "local" at checkout to pickup your order. You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup. The email will include your pickup details. Please pickup your orders within 3-5 days.
