Hey y'all, we are so glad you are here! My name is Chelsea and I am the mama to the most amazing little boy in the world, Cohen. A little over a year after Cohen was born, I decided that I wanted to take the chance of being a full time, self-employed, small business owner, so that I was able to spend more time at home with my son. I took the leap as a full time photographer (which started as a side gig/hobby in 2016) and it has been an amazing ride ever since! I then decided I wanted to do more (crazy idea, I know but here we are lol) and that's when I came up with the idea of Cohen and Crew LLC! It originally started in 2021 with the idea of doing my own applique' children's clothing and embroidery but the timing just wasn't right. I felt it in my heart again recently that this was something I really wanted to pursue as very rarely do I give up on my dreams, so this time, we are back with a slightly different twist and meaning!
A little more to our backstory, Cohen was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder on 2/16/2023. As a mama, I knew the answers I was going to get the day we walked in for his official screening. I must admit, even though my mama gut knew, it was hard to officially accept the answers at first but also so thankful that I now had the resources I needed to get my boy all of the things he needed. We have been blessed in the last year and even prior years before our official diagnosis with the most caring and loyal therapists that jumped right in and assisted me in giving Cohen everything that he needed. He has made leaps and bounds over the last year since the day we walked out of that clinic with the answers we had been waiting on. We are SOOOOO very proud of him for all of his hard work and the dedication at just 3 years old that he puts in day in and day out to succeed. So when I decided I was going to re-open Cohen and Crew LLC with a new twist on my original children's boutique idea, I decided that this would also be an amazing platform to help support other mama's and families that also have autistic kiddos by creating autism acceptance merchandise as a way to advocate for these amazing human beings.
We are so thankful for your support!
