Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping unless item is defective, you will also receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and/or Issues with Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 72 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed.  Please include any/all damaged or defective areas in the photos.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), accessories such as bows, bips, cups, any sale items and the purchase of gift cards are all non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an e-gift card with store credit only.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cohenandcrewcreations@gmail.com.

 

Cohen and Crew LLC offers returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of the orders original ship date. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Your store credit will be in the form of an e-gift card which will be available within 3-5 business days after we receive the return and process it. 

 

Cancellations:

Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.
